Ken Gilliland
Machine Shop Instructor & Head of Area
Ken Gilliland began commercially manufacturing machined parts for the medical device field and then expanded into defense contracting. An Oakland native, he began making tools and dies for the forging industry, and headed the second operation department for a local screw machine shop. He currently enjoys fabricating miniature steam engines as well as blacksmithing, woodworking and ornamental turning. |
