Josh was the founder and first artistic director of Impact Theatre. He is the education director at the Marin Shakespeare Company, and has taught at the American Conservatory Theater, the California Shakespeare Festival, the San Francisco Shakespeare Festival, University of California Riverside, California State at Long Beach, South Coast Repertory, and the American Academy of Dramatic Arts in Hollywood. Josh holds a Masters of Fine Arts in Directing from the University of Washington, Seattle.
