Melissa Caywood began her professional dance career with the Anaheim Ballet Company in Southern California. She received a Master of Fine Arts in Choreography and Performance from Mills College. Shortly after graduation, she moved to New York City where she performed with H.T. Chen & Dancers and with Stephen Koplowitz, as well as working in film and television. She returned to San Francisco, where she has worked with Kate Mitchell & Dancers and Kim Epifano’s Epiphany Productions.
