Wushu West of Berkeley brings the excitement of Chinese martial arts to The Crucible’s production of Romeo and Juliet. The exciting fight scenes between rival Montague and Capulet family members will incorporate aspects of wushu weaponry, animal forms, long fist style, and southern fist style to form a mosaic of traditional Chinese martial arts that unites with the rhythm and timing of the music.
