Ticket Information and Policies

2007 Fire Ballet


Convenience Fee
A $3 per ticket convenience fee will be charged on all tickets unless they are purchased at the office.


Member Ticket Purchase Limit
Members may purchase a maximum of 4 individual tickets at the member prices.


Ticket Purchase and Delivery
All tickets purchased on or before December 29, 2006 will be mailed directly to the address given at the time of purchase. If no address is provided, we will default to your mailing address on file. (We will begin mailing tickets in mid-December to late December.)
All purchases made after December 29, 2006 will be available beginning at 7 PM, on the day of the performance only. In order to pick up tickets at will-call, you must show a photo ID along with the credit card used to purchase the tickets.


Advance ticket sales will end at 9 AM on the day of each performance.


We ask that you:

  • Make sure that you choose the date of the performance carefully before submitting your order.
  • Verify that you’ve purchased tickets for the correct date when you receive your confirmation email. If you made a mistake, please call immediately.
  • Only purchase tickets directly from The Crucible, either online, by phone or in the office. There are no other authorized ticket sellers for the Fire Ballet and we will not honor counterfeit tickets.

Additional Important Policies:

  • Tickets are non-refundable, non-transferable, and the event will occur rain or shine.
  • Please arrive on time. Anyone arriving after curtain time will not be seated.
  • Children under the age of 18 must be accompanied by an adult.
  • Patrons will be subjected to loud noises, bursts of flame, amplified music & strobe-like effects.
  • No cameras or recording equipment of any kind is allowed.
  • No smoking is allowed inside the building.
  • The Crucible will assume no responsibility for loss or theft of any items.
  • Anyone attempting a spontaneous fire performance or installation within the premises or otherwise disrupting the performance will be ejected immediately.

Seating

Bleacher seating is on a first-come, first served basis. Please arrive
early for the best spots.

Will-Call Policy

The individual picking up the tickets must be the purchaser and have a photo ID and the credit card used to make the purchase. The event staff will compare your ID and credit card to those used to make the ticket purchase.

Photography and Video

In order to protect our patrons' privacy and respect our performers and artists ingenuity we ask that there be no photography or videography without prior written permission from The Crucible. Under no circumstance will images of Romeo & Juliet be sold without written consent from The Crucible in addition to a model release from individual(s) depicted in the image. By purchasing a ticket, you are agreeing to abide by these rules.
