The Crucible is excited to be releasing our schedule for 2022 Youth Spring & Summer Youth Camps! Art-making has the capacity to help kids and teens build confidence, develop problem-solving skills, understand new STEAM concepts, and relieve stress, and we know those opportunities are more important than ever.

The Crucible is hiring a Development Associate! This is a great role for someone who wants to build their nonprofit fundraising skill and be positioned to grow in their role. You will work closely with the Development Manager, the ED, and the rest of the team to support funding for scholarships and community programs, a core part of our mission.
The Crucible has begun our search for a new Director of Programs! The ideal candidate for this role has direct experience both with the industrial arts, and program administration. We are also looking for understanding and experience supporting equity and inclusion in a changing institution with over 150 staff and faculty through their programmatic role and their leadership approach.
