Searching for Action, Intrigue and Free Welding and Glass Classes? The Crucible, the Bay Area's only non-profit collaboration of Arts, Industry and Community, is seeking youth friendly, organized and enthusiastic volunteers to work within our Youth Program.
We are currently looking for individuals who are willing to volunteer with daytime youth field trips and in other areas of our Youth Program. In exchange for your time, you’ll receive a discount on class tuition on The Crucible's great classes including welding, metal casting, glass working, neon, jewelry, kinetics, blacksmithing and more!
This is a non-paid work trade for class discounts and other great Crucible benefits starting ASAP. As a youth volunteer you’ll participate in introducing the Bay Area’s youth to The Crucible’s arts education program through daytime field trips and hands-on youth activities at our events.
Applicants should have daytime availability and be kid friendly! Previous experience in working with youth is a plus. Applicants must be over 18.
