What is GIFTY?
2022 Dates TBD
Saturday, December 3, 11am-6pm & Sunday, December 4, 11am-4pm
Preview night for VIPs & members Friday, December 2, 5:30-9pm
The Crucible’s GIFTY is an annual celebration of local creative culture, featuring art vendors, fiery demos, class discounts, giveaways, and fun for the entire family!
With support from a sponsor, we plan on saving at least 20% of all vendor space for BIPOC artisans. We are also giving priority to vendors who live and/or make their products in the Bay Area, practice a craft found at The Crucible, or bring something unique to the craft show’s offerings!
Applications will open for GIFTY 2022 in late Spring. Space is limited, so we encourage you to apply early. You can sign up to be notified when applications open.
If you have any questions/constraints, please email [email protected] before applying.
Who Will You See At GIFTY?

Giving Back at GIFTY
Support The Crucible’s Industrial Arts Programming
Vendors can opt-in to participate in “Giving Back at GIFTY,” donating an item or items for The Crucible to sell on their behalf. Vendors who participate in Giving Back at GIFTY will support The Crucible’s work and receive verification of their in-kind tax-deductible gift to The Crucible. We will celebrate Giving Back at GIFTY vendors by providing placards vendors can post up in their booth.
COVID-19 restrictions
We look forward to hosting Gifty 2022 as an in-person event. We will be closely monitoring the development of COVID-19 and the recommendations of our state and local governments, and adapting our Gifty plans accordingly.
We are also prepared to reduce our event capacity and implement timed ticket entry, if needed.
