Join us this Spring for a taste of what you can create in the fine and industrial arts! With inspiring and educational demonstrations in nineteen of our departments, including Neon, Ceramics, Glass Blowing, Blacksmithing, Welding, and more, you will walk away with greater knowledge of how to get started on your next creative pursuit. Explore unique local art in our carefully curated Crucible Art Gallery, enjoy delicious beer from Old Kan Beer & Co, then take a break outside, snacking on Egyptian cuisine from one of our local food truck vendors. And make sure to come ready to register for classes, taking advantage of $25 off every Crucible class!
This event is free and open to the general public. All are welcome! However, parents of small children will need to pay special attention, as our studio space does have some rough edges.
We have a great selection of bicycles that have been fully rebuilt by our youth and volunteer mechanics. In addition to getting a sweet, reliable ride, your purchase supports our Youth Earn-A-Bike Program and Bike Fix-A-Thons.
Learn more about the different disciplines you can explore at The Crucible by watching Crucible experts demonstrate their craft in 19 departments, including Glass Blowing, Blacksmithing, Foundry, Ceramics, and more!
FOOD AND BEVERAGES
Inside, we will be serving wine and beer graciously donated by Old Kan Beer & Co. Outside, Royal Egyptian Cuisine’s food truck will be serving delicious meals. Please note, some vendors are cash only.
