The Crucible celebrated our Ninth Anniversary with a blazing showcase of wearable art from Bay Area designers, awe-inspiring fire performances, aerial artistry, and fire arts demonstrations.
It’s conflagration on the catwalk with models strutting incendiary creations from over twenty designers, and some of Oakland’s finest firefighters joining them on the runway. Designers featured include:

The VIP Gala includes catered food and beverages, and special performances by renowned cellist Zoe Keating, contortionist Serchmaa Byamba and fire performer Kristina Cañizares.
Proceeds benefit The Crucible adult and youth education programs.
