Job Opportunity: The Crucible Is Looking For A New Executive Director

As we enter our 24th year, The Crucible is launching a search for our next Executive Director (ED). The Crucible Board of Directors is working closely with search firm Koya Partners to find candidates for the position.

This is an incredible opportunity for a nonprofit leadership professional who is passionate about arts access. ​​The ED reports directly to the Board of Directors and is responsible for planning, implementing, supervising, and assessing The Crucible’s programs and operations in support of its Strategic Plan, mission, and equity and inclusion focus.

This role also leads a team of Directors and other staff and acts as the main point of contact for outreach and community relationships. As the largest nonprofit industrial arts organization in the country, it is important the new ED understand the impact of work locally and nationally.
